Ingredients:

  • 1 package silken tofu (16 oz)

  • 2 Medjool dates (pitted)

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (optional), I use @drinkorgain

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (no added sugar), I use @letsbakebelieve

  • Optional Toppings: hemp seeds, coconut flakes, berries

Instructions:

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 10–15 seconds to prevent burning.

  2. Add melted chocolate, tofu, dates, and cocoa powder to a high-speed blender.

  3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  4. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for a few hours until set.

  5. Top with hemp seeds, coconut flakes, or berries, and enjoy!
