Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free flour (you can use regular flour if not GF)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or 8oz silken tofu for a plant-based option)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Dash of salt
1 tsp each of oregano, parsley, and rosemary
Toppings:
Parmesan cheese and mozzarella (or plant based option, my favs are @traderjoes plant based shredded mozzarella and parmesan)
Tomato sauce, I love @raoshomemade for a no added sugar option
Fresh vegetables (red onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, spinach)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the dough – In a bowl, combine gluten-free flour, Greek yogurt (or silken tofu), baking powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and herbs. Stir until a dough forms.
Shape & Bake – Roll out the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
Add Toppings – Spread tomato sauce, cheese (if using), and toppings of choice.
Final Bake – Return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
